Which coffee machine brands do you repair?
We service most domestic and commercial brands including Breville, Jura, DeLonghi, Saeco, Rancilio, Sunbeam, Gaggia, Rocket, La Marzocco, ECM and Nuova Simonelli. If you are unsure, give us a call with the model number and we will confirm before you bring it in.
How long does a repair or service take?
Most standard services are completed within 3 to 5 business days. Simple repairs can often be done same-day. We will always give you a realistic turnaround upfront, and priority service is available for commercial machines that cannot be down for long.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off is available across Bayside and the surrounding suburbs, particularly for commercial machines or larger domestic units. Give us a call to arrange a time that suits.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
Diagnostic fees start from $49. This is refunded in full if you proceed with the repair. You will receive a written quote before any work begins, no surprises on the final bill.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Every repair and service comes with a three-month warranty on parts and labour. If something is not right after we have fixed it, bring it back and we will sort it out.
Do you service commercial cafe machines?
Absolutely. We look after cafes, restaurants, offices and co-working spaces across Bayside. Regular servicing plans are available to keep your machine pulling perfect shots every day of the week.
Can I buy parts or accessories from you?
Yes. We stock a wide range of spare parts, cleaners, filters, tampers, milk jugs and accessories. If we do not have it on the shelf we can usually order it in within a few days.
Do you sell machines too, or only repair them?
We sell both. We stock new and quality second-hand espresso machines, grinders and stovetops. Because we repair them, we only sell what we trust. Come in and we will match you to a machine that suits your routine.
Do you service coffee machines for Brighton offices and co-working spaces?
Yes, regularly. We look after offices, co-working spaces and small workplaces all across Bayside. Most sites run on a quarterly or monthly service plan, pickups included, so the machine never goes down during a meeting.
Can you pick my machine up from Sandringham, Hampton or another Bayside suburb?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off runs across Bayside most days, Sandringham and Hampton included. Give us the postcode and we will confirm a pickup window. Commercial machines take priority when downtime is costing you shots.
Do you do same-day repairs or emergency callouts?
Same-day turnarounds happen when the fault is simple and we have the part on the shelf. For commercial emergencies, a cafe or office machine down mid-service, call us and we will tell you straight whether we can be there today. We would rather say no upfront than leave you waiting.
What does a commercial service plan include?
Scheduled services on a rhythm that suits your usage, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Priority callouts when something goes wrong mid-service, parts always in stock for the brands you run, and a direct line to Lorenzo rather than a ticketing system. We build the plan around your machine, not the other way round.
Can you handle warranty claims on a new Breville, Sunbeam or DeLonghi?
In many cases, yes. We are an authorised service point for several major brands, so warranty work on Breville, Sunbeam and DeLonghi often lands with us. Bring the receipt and the serial number, we will check eligibility and handle the paperwork. If it is not warranty, you will get a clear quote for the repair.
